Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times We currently ship to selected countries where we can guarantee reliable delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
